Geoff Bynum

Geoff leads the Vineyard Church in Katy serving as the Pastor. He spent 2001 - 2006 on staff at the Vineyard Church in Sugar Land, Texas as an Associate Pastor over Marriage & Family, Mercy Ministries and Connecting / Enfolding. Geoff graduated from Vineyard Leadership Institute in 2003, Vineyard USA’s two year theological and ministry training school. 

Geoff received his Bachelors degree in Communications from Sam Houston State University in 1987. He spent 3 years in television and radio broadcasting and production. The next 11 years were spent in marketing, sales and management primarily in the healthcare field. 

Geoff’s greatest passion after faith, family and friends is riding his ‘99 Honda Shadow Spirit 1100 on the back roads of Texas or anywhere else he can find.

D’Anne Bynum

D’Anne serves as the Children’s Ministry Pastor.  Since 1994, she has served in numerous capacities in the Clear Lake and Sugar Land Vineyard Churches, including leading and hosting Home Groups, Children’s Ministry, Hospitality and Outreach. She is cuurently enrolled in the Vineyard Leadership Insitute.

D’Anne graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelors degree in Journalism in 1985. She has worked as a pre-school and substitute teacher since 2001. Before her own kids came along, she worked full time in advertising and television news in Houston. 

D’Anne enjoys going to the beach, hiking & biking, reading, working in the yard and spending time with her family. Geoff and D’Anne are the proud parents of 4 daughters; Brooke, Lindsey, Jamie and Rachel.

Scott Riley

Scott has served as the Music Ministry and Audio / Visual Director of the Vineyard Church in Katy since 2006 and has been affiliated with the Vineyard Church since 2004.  He is passionate about worshipping God through creative expression and loves to fiddle with all things musical--vintage keys, guitar, percussion, accordion, and even Irish bagpipes! 

When not playing music or working he enjoys hiking, biking, camping, riding his Honda Shadow, and experimenting with oenology in his kitchen.  Scott received his Bachelors degree in chemistry from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA in 1997 and completed his doctorate in physical chemistry at UC Davis in 2002. He currently works in Houston as a research scientist in the field of scientific and medical technology.

Jason Bohac

Jason leads the Youth Ministry at the Vineyard.  He has been involved in youth ministry for the past 12 years, 3 of them as a youth pastor.   He graduated in 2001 from Southwestern Assemblies of God University with a Bachelors degree in Youth Ministry.   He is also a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God since 2002.  Jason currently works as an estimator for a construction company in Houston.

Jason’s wife of 6 years, Tabitha, works closely with him in the ministry.  They met at Southwestern Assemblies of God in 1999 and got married in 2002.  She is a 7th grade teacher in the Cy-Fair School District. They are the proud parents of Colt, who is almost a 1 year old.

Cat Ello

Cat serves as the Women's Ministry Leader and as a co-leader for the worship team.  She has been affiliated with the Dallas, Houston and Sugar Land Vineyard Churches since 1987.  As a singer/songwriter, she has ministered and led worship throughout the years on keyboard at various women's retreats, churches, Bible studies, prisons, nursing homes, and special events.  Cat sincerely desires to see women of all ages develop an intimate relationship with Jesus and overcome any adversity that comes their way.

Happily married to Mike Ello since 1980, Cat is a proud mother of three talented, grown sons: Ivan; Joshua and David.  She has three beautiful grandchildren.  She daily manages her husband's growing piano service business and also teaches private piano lessons to a few neighborhood children.

Raul Tagle    

Raul leads our Road Crew Ministry and is very active in our Men's Ministry.  In addition, he serves as a member on the Senior Pastors Council and on the Finance and Benevolence Committee.  Raul has been a Christian since 1983 and served in various ministeries at the Sugar Land Vineyard Church which include Children's Education, Hospitality and Greting, leading and hosting home group.

Raul graduated from Pan American University in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas with a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Ciology with a minor is Psychology in 1977.  He works full time as a Risk Control Consultant for Travelers, Inc.

Raul spends time with the Lord as he manicures his landscaped yard.  He enjoys cruising around inhis C-4 Collectors Ragtop Corvette.  He is well known as a fantastic cook and likes to entertain friends.  He and his wife, Trish, were married in 1984 and have one daughter, Rachel.  His wife would add that he loves to spoil their Sheltie dog and to sing karaoke.

Trish Tagle

Trish leads our Intercessory Prayer Ministry and serves on the Senior Pastor’s Council Board as secretary.  At the Sugar Land Vineyard Church, she served in Children’s Ministry, Media Center, Prayer, and Home Group Ministry. 

As a native Houstonian, Trish received a Bachelor’s degree from Houston Baptist University with a double major of Computer Information Systems and Management.  She currently works part-time as a Computer Programmer/Analyst.

With many years of singing in church choirs, Trish loves to sing and worship God.  She also enjoys traveling with her family, entertaining with her husband, and shopping with her pre-teen daughter.  Her desire is to seek God’s face and to help advance His kingdom on earth through prayer.

Brian Cunningham

Brian has led the Assimilation Ministry and Greeting Ministry at the Vineyard Church of Katy since 2008.  He has received general ministry training through Liberty University, Cincinnati Christian University, and Lifeway.  He is passionate about equipping believers for evangelism and getting them plugged into vital relationships within the Body of Christ.  Before finding his home in the Vineyard he served as a deacon yokefellow, evangelism director, and college & career Sunday School teacher in the Southern Baptist Convention, and as an Ambassador for Promise Keepers.  Brian’s wife Faye, and college age children Brittany and Blake also serve with him at the Vineyard Church of Katy.   

In 2008, he and his family moved to Katy from Northern Kentucky.  Outside of church, Brian works in the financial sector, focusing on trust administration and personal tax preparation.  He is also enrolled in massage therapy school in order to become certified in equine and canine massage, along with an occasional human.  When not at work or school he enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and attempting to keep atv’s right side up.

Keith and Celeste Boudreaux

Keith and Celeste head up our counseling ministry.  In addition to his 30-year ministry of preaching, teaching and missions, Keith is the author of two books dealing with painful emotions (Getting to the Root and The Labyrinth of Shame) and is working on his second Master’s degree in counseling.  He and Celeste are both trained counselors and have been leading support groups, teaching related classes and seminars, and counseling for 8 years.  They do marriage counseling as a team, as well as individual therapy.
They have two young adult children, Chris and Nadine. Keith is a full-time minister, and Celeste is an assistant dean at Rice University.  Their desire is to create a safe haven where people can be loved, accepted and healed.

Kathy Richnow

Kathy began her walk with Jesus when she was 11 years old in Louisiana.  She moved to Houston with her parents and completed her education here.  Kathy has three children and one grandson.

She attended the Vineyard Church in Sugar Land over 10 years ago and knew the moment she walked in the door that was her church home.  Kathy has served in some capacity since the third week of the attended the SL Vineyard.  While at SL Vineyard she served on the Greeting Ministry Team and helped to start the Singles Ministry.  She moved to the Katy Vineyard with the Bynums and then moved herself and two of her children to Katy.  Since being a part of the Katy Vineyard, she has obtained her Christian Counseling Certificate, served on the Greeters Team, Hospitality Ministry, Financial Board and Senior Pastors Council.  Kathy currently serves as Financial Administrator and leads the Hospitlaity Team.

 Renee Peacock    

Renee serves as our pastoral assistant.  She spent her early childhood in California but went to high school and college in Houston.  After graduating from Houston Baptist University with a double major in Finance and Marketing, she married her husband, Paul. Twenty years ago, after attending a women's conference at the Anaheim Vineyard, Renee rededicated her life to Christ.  Since that time she has served in children's, women's and prayer ministries.

Renee is currently a substitute teacher but has also worked as an anatomy and physiology tutor. Her love of horses led her to a job as a mounted security patrol officer.  Renee and her husband have two teenage children.
